Bot traffic is the cheapest form of social engagement and the most dangerous. Platforms run continuous sweeps to detect and remove inauthentic accounts, which is why bot-driven followers tend to drop within days. Not all automated traffic is bad — some high-quality panels use semi-automated real-account networks — but purely scripted engagement violates every major platform's terms of service and puts the target account at risk.
